We are pleased to announce some exciting changes that have recently taken place to better serve our members and enhance your recreation experience. We believe these changes will add greater value to your membership.

New Ownership

Toyshare, Utah is under new private equity ownership. This new ownership has and will continue to provide ToyShare Utah with a substantial influx of operating capital, which will enable it to improve its current recreational assets, ensuring that all current and future ToyShare members enjoy a quality, recreational experience.

New Location and Hours

Equipment operations and member services have been moved to The Edge Motorsports dealership located at 14301 S. Minuteman Drive, Draper Utah. Hours are 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm; closed on Sundays ? no pick ups or drop offs will be scheduled on Sundays, or after 6pm on weekdays, and 5pm on Saturdays. Monday morning early returns will be scheduled as needed. To reserve equipment, call 801-561-9601 or send an email to lisa@clubrec.com. Reservations will be confirmed by email or phone. What This Means for You

1. New equipment ? more than $650,000 has been invested in new equipment including 22 ATVs, 22 Wave Runners and 8 boats and more to come!

3. Equipment maintenance ?The Edge Motorsports has been contracted to maintain and service Toyshare equipment using their qualified team of certified technicians.

4. Member services ? Club Rec management, a subsidiary of The Edge Motorsports, has been contracted to operate Toyshare member services and reservations. *Club Rec and Toyshare are NOT merging ? everything will remain separate. Toyshare has simply hired The Edge Motorsports and Club Rec to manage Toyshare member programs.

5. Toyshare points will remain the same – there will be no loss in actual usage days.

6. This operating agreement will provide Toyshare members with a number of future benefits through Edge Motorsports such as additional rental locations at local marinas and vacation adventures.

This new arrangement with The Edge Motorsports and Club Rec will assure Toyshare equipment will be kept in good operating condition, well maintained, clean and properly insured. This will also allow members an opportunity to upgrade for the use of premium equipment such as boats, personal watercraft, and ATVs for an additional charge.

Toyshare also provides programs for private groups that will not be used by the general members of either club. If you are interested in setting up a private group outing or membership; please contact Mindy Nelson at 801-561-9601 or mindy@clubrec.com.
